- Identification Mandatory: Remember to carry valid identification for each guest, both during the booking process and upon arrival. Passports and visas are required for foreign nationals, while local guests must present government-issued ID.
- Fitness and Health Precautions: Our instructor prioritizes safety above all else. Individuals deemed unfit for the activity, such as those with recent surgeries, chronic pains, or pregnancy beyond three months, may be restricted from participation.
- Stay Hydrated and Nourished: Opt for light meals and avoid alcohol consumption before and after the activity to ensure optimal performance and comfort during your jetpack adventure.
- Age and Accompaniment Requirements: For safety reasons, children under 10 years old are not permitted to participate. Minors aged 10 to 18 must be accompanied by a parent or adult guardian to join the adventure.
